For new clients, we kindly ask that you complete the first PDF form below. We don't want to unnecessary burden you with additional administration, so at the very minimum, we require your personal details listed on the first page, your identification documents,  along with a signature on the last page of the sign-up form, along with the engagement terms.

For existing clients, we kindly ask that you download and sign the engagement letter below, as our insurance policy and the terms of our licence requires it for all  clients, for each engagement.

We strongly urge all clients to review our engagement terms in detail prior to signing any of the documents. By signing, you are confirming that you agree to the engagement terms outlined within.
